Bespoke design
While our off-the-shelf solutions meet clients’ business requirements
there are often bespoke development requirements to align the technology with
detailed business processes. We are not averse to continuously improving our solutions
by undertaking further customisation; rather than forcing clients to change
their business practices to accommodate the technology. Our business analysts
and project managers are experienced in understanding clients’ business processes
and specifying solution enhancements. A recent example is a client identifying
efficiency savings by automating a significant percentage of the print procurement
process for standard print requests.
Training
We strongly recommend that training is developed and delivered in conjunction
with our clients; we have an expert knowledge of the solution while clients have
an excellent knowledge of their business processes. Our experience is that combined
training delivery, with demonstrated senior managed sponsorship of the change
process, delivers the best results. Training, using train-the-trainer,
supported by on-line training videos or recorded web-based training
sessions delivers continuous training resources while keeping costs reasonable.
Ongoing support
A range of support packages are available to ensure on-going system and
user support. Support processes are governed by a Service Level Agreements and can
be structured to your needs; ranging from second level telephone support, template
design and set-up services and a fully managed service.
