Return on Investment (ROI)

Our client experiences, business cases that we have developed and pricing structure is focused on ensuring that this is achieved. Our CommsBuilder module means that artwork that used to cost £50 – 300 is now costing £5 or less. It is not difficult to establish a strong business case for the phased deployment of our solutions.


Pricing Model

Technology moves at a pace; we do not believe clients should be required to make significant capital investments to access and use technology so our business model is based on a monthly cost without long-term contracts. Some initial investment is required to configure and deploy the solution.


Application Service Provision

Our standard delivery model is on an Application Service Provision (ASP) basis with be the brand experience providing a fully-managed outsourced solution.
Fee structures depend on:

  • the modules used,
  • server capacity and download utilization.
  • the number of concurrent users; and,
  • the number of templates created.

This means that we can (and do) accommodate SME’s through to FTSE100/ Forbes Global 2000 clients.


System Configuration and Deployment

An off the shelf solution requiring limited customisation (from 5 days) and (1 – 3 days) training provides a client branded solution with trained client managers and system administrators.
